Our Tourist Office is committed to a quality control process of reception and information. The objective of this exercice is to improve the satisfaction of our visitors.
We commit ourselves in particular :
1/ Improve the approach, the host on the spot, by telephone and mail.
2/ Improve the management and the provision of tourist information.
3/ Train our staff regularly to improve its skills.
4/ Measuring the satisfaction of our visitors and take into account their expectations.
As regards this last objective, we put at your disposal some tools so that you can give your opinion on the tourist provisions of our territory (Tourist Office, Bed and Breakfast, Restaurants, Hotels, Tours, Leisures...).
