Rémy Bazon is a cake and chocolate confectioner, and even more an artist. He can open your taste buds with new sensations. Gisors' specialities are : " le soufflé normand ", " le pavé de Gisors " (Gisors' paving-stone), " la pomme de terre du Vexin " (the Vexin ' potato) and " les brindilles du parc du château " (twigs from the castle's park).
